1. Free trial period. The free trial runs for 30 calendar days from the date of setup confirmation. The trial ends automatically — there is no auto-renewal, recurring charge, or subscription activated without explicit further agreement.
2. Eligibility. This offer is available to London-based restaurant businesses only. Limited to one trial per business. Dataforge IT reserves the right to decline applications at its discretion.
3. Scope of service. The service covers automated AI-generated responses to Google Business Profile reviews. Reviews rated 3 stars or below are subject to human review before posting. Dataforge IT is not responsible for the content of original customer reviews.
4. Access & permissions. You grant Dataforge IT limited "reply to reviews" access to your Google Business Profile for the duration of the trial. This access is revocable at any time and does not affect any other aspect of your Google account.
5. AI disclosure. Responses are AI-assisted. By accepting this service you acknowledge that automated tools are used to draft replies, in compliance with applicable UK advertising and transparency guidelines.
6. Data handling. Personal and business data is processed in accordance with UK GDPR, used solely to deliver this service, and never sold to third parties.
7. Liability. Dataforge IT accepts no liability for any reputational, commercial, or operational loss arising from review responses. The business owner retains final responsibility for all public-facing content on their Google profile.
8. Termination. Either party may terminate the service at any time by written notice (email is sufficient). Access will be removed within 24 hours of request.
